All commissions are final. Refunds are not available if you choose to cancel after payment. Payments are processed via PayPal invoice and charged in CAD.REVISIONS
Minor corrections due to artist error (e.g., incorrect eye color) are free of charge, but must be noted before final approval.
Significant changes that are not the result of my error (e.g., missing details not included in the reference) may require an additional fee to cover extra work.All revision requests must be submitted and approved before the lineart stage. Revisions will not be available once lineart has begun.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
The typical turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, depending on my schedule.If you need a commission completed by a specific date, please inform me before commissioning so we can confirm availability.
